My purpose

My purpose is to support people who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and unseen in their struggles. I live with ADHD, bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and PMDD, and I’m also a proud stepmum in a blended family. I know firsthand how heavy it can feel to manage mental health while balancing family, work, and relationships—and how isolating it can be when you feel like no one truly understands.

Anchored Coaching was created from that lived experience. I wanted to build the kind of safe, supportive space I once needed myself—somewhere you can talk openly, find compassion without judgement, and walk away with practical tools that actually help. Whether you’re navigating mental health struggles, ADHD, or the complexities of stepfamily life, my purpose is to anchor you through the storms, steady the chaos, and help you find clarity, balance, and hope again.

My Vision

At Anchored Coaching, my vision is simple: to help people who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck find the support, clarity, and tools they need to move forward. Living with ADHD, bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and PMDD—and being a stepmum in a blended family—I know how messy, exhausting, and isolating life can feel.

That’s why my vision isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating a safe, judgement-free space where you can be yourself, unpack what’s weighing you down, and build strategies that actually work in your real life. My hope is that every person I work with walks away feeling steadier, stronger, and more anchored—ready to face life’s storms with confidence and hope.

My Commitment

I foster a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges. My goal is to inspire self-discovery and equip clients with tools to create lasting change in their lives.

My Approach

I guide with compassion, bring in laughter when it’s needed, and help uncover what really needs to change. Together, we’ll cut through the overwhelm and create practical strategies that fit your life.

About Jo

Hi, I’m Jo, a certified life coach and the founder of Anchored Coaching. I work with individuals who want change, whether that’s navigating stepfamily life, living with ADHD, autism, bipolar, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, PTSD, PMDD, or just feeling stuck and unsure of the next step. I know how messy and overwhelming life can feel, and my coaching is about giving you a grounded space to untangle it, find clarity, and move forward with confidence.

My journey into coaching began with my own lived experience: balancing stepfamily life, managing ADHD, bipolar, PMDD, autism, and other mental health challenges both in myself and family, finding my way through challenges that at times felt impossible. I discovered that with the right tools, support, and perspective, lasting change is not only possible but deeply empowering. That’s why I started Anchored Coaching: to help others feel steady, supported, and capable of building the life they want, no matter how complex their circumstances.
